I got my new phone on sunday and had no trouble setting up multiple email accounts that worked up until this morning. One of them has not been able to connect since 9 am even the account is accessible from my pc. What's up?
I understand the need for accessible email and I would love to help! Which email account is not currently syncing? What error message are you receiving? Try pressing and holding the power and home buttons at the same time until the apple logo appears. Once the logo appears allow the phone to reset and retest email. Please let me know if you are successful. Thank you.
