I had the same issue. Verizon encouraged me to replace the phone, now I'm being charged $299 for a phone that I only paid $199.00. They say the manufacturer found corrosion on the connection port. That didn't cause the WIFI not to work, but the replacement is doing the exact same thing. So now they want to send another replacement. I was originally told that nobody at the store would be able to help me, but today they can. This is really unfair, I thought customer support was supposed to help you......obviously not. I will not be renewing my contract and I'll take my 6 lines elsewhere.
