Thanks for posting. In order to unlock your device there is certain criteria that has to be met. You must be a current Verizon wireless customer with your line active for at least 60 days. The device you are attempting to unlock must be active on your account and your account must be in good standing the past 60 days. I'm sure you'll find this information helpful. Have a great day.
