Is there a limit on # devices connected via my iPhone 4 HotSpot?

I use it for a group of Tax Volunteers doing taxes for Seniors, etc.  Not too

worried about throughput since the app has very little graphics, is mostly text

and everyone is "encouraged" to do any updates via their own systems before

they come to the site to work.

I think actually the max number of connected devices throught the hot-spot is different for each device. Some have five as the max on a 3G network and max of 8 on an LTE network.

To ths OP, the max number of connected device theought the hot-spot would be listed in the specifications of the device.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Good afternoon and thank you Tidbits and Ann154 for your responses.

The iPhone 4 can connect up to 5 devices, using the Mobile Hotspot.  As Ann154 mentioned, 3G devices can connect up to 5 devices, which include gaming devices, digital cameras, digital photo frames, Smartphones, Tablets, and PCs.  4G devices can connect between 8-10 devices.

I trust this information is helpful.

Thank you,
