Is there a way to get copies of texted messages?

Ok, I need help please. I want to see texted messages for my teens phone.

Aparently there is some bullying going on and she wont tell me anything.

Please no moral judgements I just need to see them.

Other than reading the messages on the device there isnt any way to get copies of text messages without a court order..

Once you have the device in hand, you could take screenshots of the messages and send them to your email address.

Ann they actually should be able to forward the message to email from the messaging app if they have access to the device

that's true, but it doesn't always forward the date/time stamp (if that's important to the OP)

actually, I should change my comment to:  it never forwards the date/time stamp

at least it never does for me

I tried it on my iPhone and my S3 and it appears that Apple or Android does not send date and time info with stock but Android does with handcent sms application.
