Is there a way to turn down the volume of my ringback tones? My son says it is annoyingly loud.

We definitely want your son to enjoy the RingBack Tone you've selected, CherubGranny. There is no way for us to turn down the volume of the RingBack Tone, but your son would be able to turn the volume down while on the call by using the volume keys on the side of his phone .
