I just recently switched from a Motorola Droid 1 to an iPhone 4 and I really don't want to have to enter my contacts in manually. I tried googling it and I don't have an exchange account.

Sadly, I don't think there is
If you still have the Droid, you can take it in, and they should be able to transfer your contacts from the Droid to the iPhone, you will not be able to sync your Google contacts with your iPhone contacts, so when you add a contact to your iPhone, you will have to go online and add it into Google as well, and vice versa
Wouldn't be a bad idea for an app though

Setup your google as exchange. It works most of the time.

I figured it out. You can do it directly in iTunes. I used this. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1245 I feel stupid.
