Hello,
A few days ago, my lock screen button jammed and I haven't been able to fix it. I bought this phone in August, so I'm hoping that it is still under warranty. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon. Having a nonresponsive home key can definitely be frustrating. It would be my pleasure to address your equipment and warranty concerns.
When you purchase a device with Verizon Wireless, it will come with a one year manufacture's warranty from the day that it was purchased. However, the manufacture's warranty does not cover physical or water damage.
If the lock button stopped working due to the phone having physical or water damage, this will not be covered under the manufacture's warranty.
