You need to contact Verizon. The number you were entering (1111) is the default pin number NOT the PUK. At this point stop attempting to unlock it and visit (or call) VZW.

thanks I did contact or go to the store. It is up and running now. Not

What i was saying David is there is so Many post on here sometimes on the Same subject but slightly worded differently that it can get a bit confusing) Even I after being on here for Two years i can get a bit Lost <-- did i say that!
