Lost app to take pictures. How can I find it?

I can't seem to take pictures.  It is physically on the phone, but Siri couldn't tell me how to access it.  I can find my albums and prior pictures, just can't take new ones.  I'm using iOS 7.0.3. 

Can someone help me?

Are you saying that you can't find the Camera icon?  That it is not on the phone?

Try a Hard Reset.  (Hold down the power button and Home button at the same time until the phone shuts down and resets.)

Otherwise, you might need to do a backup and restore.

Let's get your camera up and running! It's important to catch all those great memories. I would recommend powering your phone off and back on. If this does not help, than we will go with the previous posts suggestion of a back up and restore. Keep us posted.
