Lost my iPhone 4S and just received a new one, but I am unable to make calls. Just keeps telling me that a That a Verizon operator will be on soon.

Hi dkocak!

You're iPhone 4S needs to be activated on your account before it can be used. You can activate on My Verizon by changing the Device ID. You can also dial *228 and press 1 to activate and follow the prompts. Please let us know if this worked for you!
