My sister called me the other morning at 4:14 AM and nearly scared me to death. She asked if everything was OK as soon as I answered the phone and said OF COURSE...we are all asleep WHY? She said well you just called me and hung up. I told her I thought she was dreaming and we hung up. Woke up the next morning and I had a missed call from her and then the answered call when I talked to her in my history and no sign of me calling her. She sent me a screen shot of her recent history and it did show an incoming call from me. How does that happen?
stynker, this is a mystery to us, as well. Is your keypad or device screen locked when you sleep? Is there a possibility that this number may have been dialed by accident or could someone else have placed a call from your device? I apologize that we're unable to verify or confirm how this happen. We recommend that you enable the lock keypad on your device to prevent this from happening again in the future.
