I no longer have key clicks or ringtones for incoming calls, text or emails. Everything is on mute. I have tried holding the power and home buttons down at the same time to restart....didn't work. I have reset everything through the setting menu.....didn't work. Please tell me the steps for what will work....I keep missing calls and messages!!
Upper left hand corner of phone, flip the switch to the up position. If the switch is in the up position you have something in the headphone jack take to apple store to have cleaned or removed
