My Iphone 4 pictures are always blurry(especially  when using flash) and I  use the focus option. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with you camera. We want to figure out options to fix this. Have you made sure to clean the lens of any possible debris or finger prints? Also you may want to try a manual focus option. Sometimes the auto focus option gets stuck in very close focus and will make pictures very blurry. If that does not assist, you want to make sure that you are on the latest software and have all your information backed up. Then you can run a factory reset to check if it is a software issue. If nothing then we can move forward with options from there. Keep us updated.
