My iPhone has not been able to pick up a signal for about a week. We've had a lot of storms in my area, but no one else I know is having trouble. I went to Verizon and they said call Apple, Apple said they have nothing to do with the signal. No one seems to want to help me.
Call customer service the people in the stores are mainly geared toward sales
