My iPhone4 is slow

I have removed a lot of apps, but to access anything Facebook, Internet, Mail, Twitter, etc...my phone is incredibly slow.  I can only keep approx. 50 pictures at a time.  I do have a lot of music on my phone. Would that slow it down this much?

This did seem to speed me up a bit. Not as fast as I'd like, but definitely MUCH better. My zip code is 45044, but my phone is slow everywhere. Thanks so much for your help!

I'm glad the previous option helped HopeFloats. You can also try clearing memory, http://vz.to/ZfYtns Then re-program the phone by dialing *228 [send], option 1. Once that's completed, please restart by powering off, then back on. I'm sure this will also help. Its good to do this regularly, especially if you're a heavy user.

You won't lose anything. Using *228.  How much memory is available compared to the phones total memory
