I just want to have it ready for next season.  That way when next season comes I won't have to set it up or worry about anything.  I wasn't able to watch my favorite team until Sony and DIRECTV partnered up and brought the NFL Sunday Ticket to the PS3.  If I'm not at home though it'd be nice to watch the game on my phone

All you need to do is add VCAST Video at anytime and everything is a go. After the season is over I normally drop VCAST then pick it up at the start of training camp.

You can add it or drop it at anytime. I drop mine at the end of the season(this is the first year they are going to air the Super Bowl) and don't pick up the subscription until the start. Saves like $80 since there is nothing on VCAST Video I like to watch other than Football.

just dial 611 on your handset and talk to a rep or log into MyVerizon and do it yourself

Log into MyVerizon and the look for the button that adds/remove features. From there it should be easy to figure out 🙂

Also there's a 12.99 bundle that gives u more then just vcast video. It includes vz nav and 2-3 other stuff. Vcast video also includes tv shows and other shows so ur not just getting the nfl network. I dont know what u have as features on ur phone. Most of the time if ur enabled nfl mobile sometimes u get the whole season free without vcast video. U at least get the preseason draft and most some weeks of the reg season.

You only get it free (or got it free) during the promo period that ended somewhere around week 4 of the regular season for 3G users. 4G users were able to have it free the whole season. This may not be the case next season...but you do usually get the pre-season free. You do get some free features with NFL Mobile all year but things like NFL Redzone and live games are not part of that.
