Hello, my phone says it has 3G, but it keeps telling me "network error" or "could not activate cellular data network". I checked to make sure i still have data available for use and i have plenty and i've paid my bill. Why is this happening and is there any way to fix it?
Hello TiffWim, help is here front & center! Let's first try powering off the device 40 seconds and then rebooting. If issue persists, Dial *228 on the phone and choose option 1. How long has this been happening? What zip code are you located in?
