I have 2 recent problems with my iphone 4.
1. in Settings-General-About: Network: Not Available
And, there is no "verizon" up in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Also no "3G" in the top left corner.
Tier 2 technical could not resolve this. I tried restarting, *228 selecting 1 and 2, switching airplane on and off, looking for updates, network reset...
No resolution.
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it?
