I am confused. Verizon says that the 32GB iPhone 4S is 299.00 if you sign up for a new 2 year plan otherwise its like 750.00. But I went to the Apple store and their regular price for this same phone is 299.00. Why should I buy it directly from verizon when I know their "Discounted Price" is really the regular price of the phone

The Apple store "regular" price is also with a new two year contract.

Requires new two-year wireless service contract; sold separately to qualified customers.

I wonder why Apple said they no longer can do the new every 2 through verizon.

New every two (NE2) is only available through Verizon corporate store or online atverizonwireless.com or over tge phone.

The Apple store is basicly just a third party retailer of Verizon service. The NE2 was never available at third party retailer.

Also the ne2 plan is now defunct you get discounted phones prices not new for free unless you go with last years technology
