For the last three days, I've looked at my phone and it says "No Service" at the top left and then in the center of the screen it says "No Sim Card". I have to power down and reboot my phone in order to restore service. I called VZ Tech Support yesterday and she was useless. You spend forever on hold and then don't get any help. Woke up this morning and there were to two messages again. I've tried resetting my setting. Reactivated the phone. For the kind of money I paid for this phone, I expect it to last longer than one month. Disgusted with VZ Tech support. She said this what not a "known issue" I suggested she learn to use google. This issue is allllll over google. My question is, since VZ isn't capable of helping, can we take our phones to an Apple store for support. I don't want a freaking refurb after paying this kind of money !!!!!
