Phone now shows No Service at home. Have to drive 4 miles towards tower to get signal. No aspect of Verizon open to get help. No live chat. No phone number to call with another phone. No e mail channel offered. Nearest store 85 miles away. How in the world has Verizon stayed in business this long with NO customer support? It is not the phone but the service. It is ridiculous to have a cell phone that only works within a quarter mile of the tower. I am not the only one with this problem in my area. How do I get out of Verizon and into a working program if I can't even contact them except on a message board? Do I just stop paying the bill and sign up elsewhere? Can I keep the number? Anyone have any suggestions?

Customer service number: 1-800-922-0204. I googled Verizon Wireless customer service and the number popped right up. I think they are open 5 am-1 am CST.

You're welcome. Four days without service is too long. Hope you get it resolved!

Not getting anywhere with Verizon. I and neighbors getting fed up. 9 days with no service here--have to drive to town once a day to use the phone. Ridiculous. Will I still have to pay for this?
