I switched over my number to my iPhone and it's saying I have no service on it. I can't make or receive calls. Can't text. Pretty much nothing. But online it says my number is now associated with this phone and my old one doesn't work.

Have you done *228 option 1/2? If not, do so.

I am in Italy, I have done the *228 option and I have NO SERVICE.  I am totally dead.  No options at all.  Any help on this?
