This issue is pretty new that I have just discovered. I've been looking and searching all over the web, and it seems that no one is really having this problem.
I just recently upgraded my 4s to the new 6.1.2 software, and have now noticed that I have no voicemail. What I mean by that is when a caller tries to call me, and I don't answer it goes to a "Welcome to Verizon Wireless please redial starting with the area code etc..." and then at the end it gives a error message that is kind of hard to understand, but I believe it is "5 switch 2-43"
I have tried going into my voicemail and changing between default, and custom greetings, and still nothing. I have called *86 and am able to log into my voicemail as if everything is fine. I have tried calling my number from another phone with the area code, and also using 1 + area code, and just my number still nothing.
Anyone got any suggestions on this? I'm pretty stumped and need to try and fix it ASAP.
