Can someone please be of assistance, I'm having some iPhone calling trouble...
My phone has not been able to send or recieve calls for at least 2 months now, It will let me click on the contact and it says it is calling, the time comes up but there is no dial tone. As for when I recieve calls, the contact's name will how up and it will ring but when I pick up there is no answer. I hear no sound from the other person. People have been able to leave me voicemails but I can't pick up their calls.
If a verizon member, or anyone who knows how to solve my ptoblem, could get back to me as soon as possible that would be great.

When was the last time you dialed *228, option 1 to reset the connection to the Verizon Wireless network?
