Help! I called Verizon to add global voice on only one phone, before I left for Italy-- i never received the email confirming. Since I arrived last week I have "no service". I went online to add data but still nothing. And I can't Get in touch with Verizon because I cannot MAKE CALLS!!! So dumb. And my guess is that I bet my bill will show all these fees for services I never got or used. Any suggestions?

Oh my! I know how important it is to have properly working service while traveling. Let's get this resolved. Make sure Roaming is set to "on" http://vz.to/z8ji6v on your iPhone 4S. If you are still unable to place calls you can call our Global support team from a Landline phone in Italy for additional assistance at 908-559-4899 or access our Global Support page http://bit.ly/xZd3pS . I signed up for your internation pay as you go global calling before my trip to Ireland (Nov). My iPhone never worked in Ireland so I had to use my associates ATT iPhone for an important call back to the states. I am just going to leave my Verizon iPhone on future International trips. The added fee was for nothing.
