Hello Everyone,

I have an iphone 4S (version 6.0.1) and recently I have noticed that my phone's volume doesn't work, unless I have headphones in the jack ( this includes sound for my ringer and alerts, also for my music).When I have the headphones in, I can hear but as soon as I pull them out of the jack, there's no sound. Which leads me to my next question , which is, how long am I covered under my warranty that came with my iphone 4s? and who is responsible for the coverage, verizon or Apple? Please HELP ;(
