Hi, I have an iphone 4s and everything was working fine up until the very beginning of January! I have a friend who the only way I can communicate with them is through text messaging they were receiving my text messages fine up until January 1st of this year. All of a sudden, they stopped receiving my text messages I sent, yet they could send me texts. I have tried the *228 option 1 and that did not work. My concern is that this happened with my iphone 4 as well, with the same person and it ended up being the actual phone itself. Can I get some help please!!
Not sure if my problem is ur problem. I'm haveing that with imessage with one specific other iPhone. I have the setting set to only send as iMessage but it wants and does send as text. My husband does have the setting to let it go through. It used to work now it doesn't. Verizon said the last time it happened it still can send as text although I have it set to off. Nothing wrong with it. Apple said there was. It does it off and on. They charged me for the text last time and said to just block it but my thing is I understand the charge for reg text but I have all procautions for it to not go through.
I guess you can say it is a similar problem I have the iphone 4s and in the past two days i have discovered that 2 more people were not receiving my texts either, so now that makes 3 people who do not receive my texts. 2 of them are on the Sprint network and one is on the Verizon network. All three of them have phones that run on the Android operating system. I want to think that is the problem, but I have numerous friends with Android phones and it is only occurring with these three people.
