I am having the same issue with my iPhone SE. I do not receive texts from Android unless it is a group text with another iPhone. I have tried all the settings and reset. I went to the local Verizon store and the repeated what I had done with the same results. They said I would be contacted by a higher level of tech services but that was weeks ago. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
