My mom used to have this really old phone with verzion, and she could recieve my texts then. Now she has the Galaxy III with AT&T (the same number), & I have an iPhone 4S . She can't get my texts, but I can get hers. It doesn't say there's a problem when i send them, but she never recieves them. How do I fix this?
I'm sorry your mom isn't receiving your text ninacalada.If you are able to send and receive her text and others, the issue is not wi th your device or service. Are you using iMessage? Is she using a third-party messaging application that may be causing your text not to come through? I recommend she discuss any issues with her carrier also. Please keep us posted.
