I originally ordered 2 16gb white 4S phones on Saturday 11/19/2011. Got a call from the local Verizon store that the phones were in on Friday the 25th. We go in and only one of the phones was there...the other half of our order was cancelled. Not by me, not by our VZW sales rep...by some unnamed genius at Verizon.
Fantastic.
So on Friday the 25th I re-ordered the 2nd phone. The status has gone from "order sent for processing" --> "order received and being processed" ---> back to "order sent for processing." The estimated shipping date is 11/28...and today is the 29th.
As of now I have yet to receive a shipping email or tracking number from Verizon.
This has been one gigantic headache from day one.
