Overage Charges
xoxoMirandaxoxo

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for the last seven years, Verizon has always alerted me when I was getting close to exceeding my minutes, not this time, the time I go over more than an hour! Seriously, you let someone rely on a feature like that, and then when you call about your bill the only answer you receive is that "Verizon only notifies you occasionally regarding overages." By the way since I went paperless so I personally can't see detailed information on my bill to contradict what they are saying, I'm extremely disappointed, my contract ends on the 22 of August, I will not be renewing

If you use a roaming tower it can take them days to get that info. So if your on your last day and there data or mins on a roaming tower you might not know untill the bill. Not an excuse though. The say that with data too. Sometimes they charge me for data that should be on my unlimited plan. Say I use my phone while have the mobile hotspot feature on for another person it won't be part of my unlimited plan it gets charged usage on the hotspot.

I chalk this up to personal responsibility. I have never had my bank call me to tell me that i`m running low on funds. There are many ways to check your current usage. Online...android or ios app but being that you have been a verizon customer you probably already knew that. You probably already know that even though you`ve gone paperless your able to get an accurate bill displayed through your verizonwireless.com account Not renewing your contract because you went over on your plan seems a lil excessive. Verizonwireless has nearly 90 million subscribers i`m sure if you don`t renew you will surely be missed and possibly bring the company to its knees.

leave your ac set to 40 all week

The wireless industry is one of the few industries out there where people still hold the position that, because it is a "luxury", they do not need the company that they are with and if the company does not comply with their demand for compensation, they can go to any number of "equally reliable" providers. This ignores the reality that most have cut the cords and not all cell phone companies are created equal.

We definitely would not want to lose your valued business xoxoMirandaxoxo! I know how important it is to prevent overages! We provide a variety of excellent options to monitor your usage and the ability to backdate a rate plan increase during a current bill cycle.

You can dial #MIN from your wireless phone or you can view current usage online via your "My Verizon" account.

You should definitely be able to view detailed usage from your last 12 statements online. Were you receiving a specific error message when you attempted to view the details? Did you register the online "My Verizon" account as the Account Owner? If you selected Account Member, you will not be able to view the statement details. You can change the ownership status by contacting customer service at 800-922-0204 from a landline phone or *611 from your wireless phone.

I trust this information was helpful.

Sincerely,
