I bought this phone for my granddaughter, who was then not allowed to have. It gets used very rarely. I charged it & turned it on, it displays 'phone disabled'? It is still under contract, and paid monthly?? Any ideas??
Typically, that shows when the passcode has been entered incorrect too many times.
