When you go to' settings', to 'general', and when you push 'About' it says Network and next to it says 'Not Available.' It has said this since I got the phone and no one has been able to help. It's really annoying that it doesn't say "Verizon" at the top, left corner and that is what showed me that something is wrong. HELP ME, PLEASE!!!!
Did you ever activate the phone while in a Verizon Wireless network area? Dial *228, option 1 to program the phone to the Verizon Wireless network.
