My email is not sending or receiving emails after I opened an email with a link.  It also removed the names from my contacts.  How do I fix this?  Also I cant reset my hotmail password because it will not send the email to my alternate email for the security code.

I regret to learn of the issues with the e-mail Roe88! What kind of link did you click on? Lets try to delete the e-mail accounts and add back, here is how: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/39569/

Try to reset your Hotmail password by logging on hotmail.com . You may need to answer security questions to reset. You may also contact Hotmail/MSN customer support if you need assistance.
