Since I received my iphone on Monday, the phone has not worked. The calls either disconnect as a call failed or the other party on the line cannot hear me. Text messaging and accessing the internet for email is working fine. Are other people experiencing what I am experiencing? I have called Verizon daily (from another phone since mine doesn't work) and am now being told that it must be the phone and they will ship me another one around 2/18. Let me know if other people are having problems because verizon said they really have had only a few complaints.
