Recent update to iPhone 4S "stalled out" my phone. It will not complete the update, nor will it allow me to shut the phone off to reboot. I have no other phone and tech support (live chats) "is busy." Help? Grrrr. Makes me not want to ever download their "upgrades."

Please try soft resetting the device by following these steps: http://vz.to/1iEvTtp. If that doesn't work, let's try restoring the device using iTunes http://vz.to/1iexeWy. That should allow the device to completely wake and function properly. Please let me know how this works out for you. Thanks!
