Hello Z4driver,

Great question! I completely understand your concern. I cringe when I see calls from private, unavailable, and restricted numbers so I know the importance of knowing what options are available for blocking these type of calls.

I want to introduce a great feature called Usage Controls: http://bit.ly/plz3pA. Usage Controls allows you to block these type of callers and gives you more tools to manage your account options. You'll be able to control your callers, protect your account and your wallet with Usage Controls. Be sure to view information about all safeguards available to you, here: http://bit.ly/KQCmRY.

I trust this information will prove helpful in resolving your concerns. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you,

Thanks for your answer, but I already pay way too much to Verizon & refuse to pay an extra $4.99 a month.  Another problem I'm having is, I'm on the "do not call list" but I still get calls from one particular number that sale home alarm units in Philadelphia, I've told them numerous times to take me off their phone call list.  They call at least 1-2 times a week.  So much for the do not call list.
