I lost my iphone over the summer. and i finally have money that i want to buy a new one.I have the insurance on it but right now since i didnt have the money then im using a android phone. How do i go about getting my iphone replaced with the insurance??

You have to put the iPhone back on the line by haveing them put the iphone imei number back on tge line then you can replace it by calling or go online under activate a device

You can do that by calling on a different phone and have them put the number back on. You can get the number you need on the iPhone box or they have a record of all devices ever been on that line.

If you reported the device lost/stolen, you have 60 days to file a claim with the insurance provider which is Asurion.

If you contact them or complete the claim online, you can get a replacement shipped to you.
