Okay so my old iPhone broke and I got a replacement. I followed the exact instructions to activate it through iTunes. Everything looks the same except I have No Service/Searching...in the corner. Kind of hard to call *228 when you have no service. Under settings and about..it goes like this...
Network: Not Available
Carrier: Verizon 15.5

@jreiger1,
Let's get your phone working right! Are you still unable to get the phone activated?
Before you program the replacement phone you need to make sure the old phone is turned off. Once the old phone is turned off you can dial *228 send from you phone. Select option 1 to program. If you are still unable to program, try resetting the network settings http://vz.to/1fDpN7k, and retry the *228 programming.
