I am an active Verizon customer. Today I received a replacement iPhone 4S for my defective device under insurance. I need to switch the SIM cards but cannot get the SIM slot to open on my old device. Any suggestions?
I'm assuming that you are using a SIM removal tool or a paper clip to get the SIM card to eject. Is that correct? And that's not working?
Having said that, you are not using the SIM card on Verizon in the US so you really don't need to swap the cards.
