I am paying over $100 for this month for the only phone I have. Then I change the plan to lessen the impact and the surcharges kick in and still pay $100. Sorry but I call bullshit on this. Time for me to find another carrier on a faster network since you still have Universal City on 3G.

I want to help ease the burden with addressing your concerns because I would not want you to leave us as we value your business. Have you done an account analysis to see if you are on the best plan?
