This question is for all those that have received ther iPhones already. I just checked my credit card and it has the iphone charge on it. Posted date is 10/31 but transaction date is 10/28. I haven't received any email updates and when I check my order status is still only says "will ship by 11/4." I know others have received their phones without an email update, but I was wondering if anyone knows if my phone was shipped. I thought my credit card would only be charged on the day it ships, so should I expect the phone today or tomorrow??
Your CC would be charged on the day that your device was ready to ship. Depending on the time of day that the device was ready on Friday (you said the trans date was on 10/28) then the device might not have physically been shipped until today. If by this evening you don't see a status change or don't receive an email then contact VZW in the morning (or tonight may be possible) to see if they can give you an update.
