Should I wait?

My upgrade is on August 8th, 2012 and I wanna upgrade to the iPhone 4S, but I also heard the iPhone 5 is supposely be released soon. So I'm not sure if I should wait for the iPhone 5 or just upgrade to the 4S.

Only you can decide whether to wait or not. There will be a new phone sometime this fall, but when and whether the device will be LTE is unknown.
