I have a new 4gs and SIRI will not activate - what can I do

May I ask have you verified that Siri is turned on like soupcannon recommended? What issue are you having with Siri? If you are getting an error message then please post the message so I can look it up for you. Also, please verify that you are able to access the web without wifi to ensure that the data connectivity is functioning properly. Once you have tried these steps, please reply with your findings so we can further assist, if needed.
