The iPhone does not for some reason have speed dial it uses a favorites list in the phone menu

Thank you for your inquiry today. I understand how important it is to have quick access to your desired contacts. I have great news! Apple unfortunately does not offer speed contacts, but they do offer a favorite menu which is essentially the same thing.
Select Desired Contact
Select Add To Favorites
Repeat Process As Necessary
View Options By Selecting Phone, Then Selecting Favorites
