I have talked to no less than 5 different Verizon support people and i think I am about to dump Verizon and try a new carrier! Thought it would be simple...I purchased a non-contract iphone 4. I had one lady transfer my existing pre-paid funds onto the new plan. She told me I could activate the new phone at midnight and everything would be transferred. Tried to activate this morning! No work! I call in once again...the guy tells me there has been no new plan setup for my account! Nothing but aggravation from Verizon!!
