I bought a new iphone to replace the phone my husband lost. After I activated the new phone, I switched the devices with our two phone numbers. It switched on our account, but it only switched on one phone and not the other. So both devices have the same phone # , but only one rings when the # is called. How can I get the old phone to get my husband's phone # ?

I'm sure I can help you and your husband, so both phones ring at the right time! What model devices do you and your husband have? If they are 3G devices, please dial *228 and press option 1. If they are 4G devices, please swap the SIM cards. Keep me posted on the results!
