Im trying to see if its possible for me and my mom to switch iphones she has a 14gb iphone 4 and i have a 8gb iphone 4 but i wanna know if everything will transfer over because i am not on iCloud?? Please respond ASAP!

Switching devices is great and convenient. Although you don't have iCloud, you can manually sync your phone with your Apple ID on iTunes. You will each need to reset the device to delete the others account but once this is done, you can setup her old device with your Apple ID and obtain your details again and she can use iCloud to get her info back.
