Until recently I was able to receive emails on my Charter account, but not send. After I trip to my
Verizon store for assistance, I can now not do either. What are the correct settings to both
receive and send emails from a Charter.net account. Thanks.

Use the following settings I have used these successfully on both my IOS & Android devices. Good luck
Username: username@charter.net Note: Make sure you enter @charter.net after your username or you will be unable to login
Password: The password you use to login to your Email account
SSL: This setting should be On for both SMTP and IMAP.
Protocol: IMAP
Incoming Email Server: mobile.charter.net
Port: 993
Outgoing Email Server: mobile.charter.net
Port: 587

Thank you. I’ve tried these very settings based on Charter Tech support , but with no luck. I’ll keep working though. J
